Each semester, you create your own short stories utilizing and applying the elements of fiction that we learned about earlier in the semester.  To take the short stories to “another level,” you are to create a 2-3 minute “movie trailer” to your short story.  The goal of this trailer is to tease audiences with your short story – ultimately increasing the interest in others to read the story.

The format of your movie should be saved in a format that will play on Windows Media Player (for Mac Users, you can use iMovie).  You are to splice clips of scenes from movies, TV shows, etc. from Youtube.com or other streaming media sites that illustrate the plot, theme, and main characters of your short story.  This trailer should also feature music that is appropriate to what you want to convey in the story; solely using PowerPoint will not work for this assignment.
